Linda's commitment and desire to keep things real and meet herself and others where they are is her guiding star. And that's after years of recognizing patterns in herself no longer serving her true desires: people-pleasing, over-extending herself, leaky boundaries, not using her voice, fear of being judged, of taking risks, armouring and being guarded in most of her relationships. All this also rooted in shame, guilt, grief, rage of which the only way through is through, over and over again.
